Abstract:
Traditional water projects depended on infrastructure, funding, and a baseline that no longer exists with climate change. What does that mean for not only the future but what we face in the next few years. Whatever happens with the proposed $11.14 Billion Water Bond this November local solutions for untapped water resources need to move forward. What does that portfolio like? Does it include Ocean Water Desalination? Will Southern California lead the way as they have with water reclamation?
