The UCI Office of Research will host Neil Hernández-Gress, dean of the Research and Graduate Division at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, July 19-31. Gress will meet with faculty and administrators to discuss building new research collaborations between UCI faculty and the Tec de Monterrey campuses, and strengthening existing research collaborations.
This presentation will cover topics including:
- Tecnológico de Monterrey system structure and research overview
- Horizon 2020
- CONACYT and other Mexican funding agencies
- Hernández-Gress' and Tecnológico de Monterrey's experience with U.S. funding partners (for example, NSF)
